Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra 2024-2025 Concert Season. Established in 1976, the Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra promotes its mission of Enriching and Educating the Community through Music. All public concerts are held in the Boutell Memorial Concert Hall of the Music Building at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb.
